rip OW 9.4K

I've been one of those people waiting for years. FF7 was the first game my parents got us when we got our PS1 back in the day, and it's what I would consider my first intro to JRPGs.
Anyway the remake is incredible so far. I can't even get mad at some of the ridiculous side quests, since the game just looks so beautiful that I don't mind running all over the place. Also they've somehow made Tifa/Aerith/Jessie absolutely perfect in every way, so I no longer know who my favorite is

I like Barret. I don't think there's any other character in pop culture like him- a black eco-terrorist who is portrayed as a good guy

I really want to play it but I can't justify buying a PS4 for just it and persona 5 r. Especially since ps5 is so close

anyone feeling like fast burn keto ?

I've started translating fanfics (well, a fanfic) again recently, feels kinda nice. One of the few upsides of staying home all the time is having lots of time to kill.

I feel like I'm closing in on THE build, also experimenting with abusing the jungle a bit
e. also classic ranked has had some games without any core players, all the dbags carry and mid players are playing roles lolol

Since every old game has a subleddit (sublikwit) why not make a LiquidKeto

FF7 for me is the pinnacle of when games weren't sure what they were and tried to be everything at once. The number of minigames or sidegames in that title is insane. I think the furthest I ever made it in ff7 is some part where you're doing some kind of military minigame and moving troops around a mountain path, or something.
Idk. I have no nostalgia whatsoever for FF7 (FF6 and Chrono Trigger, on the other hand...) so I prob just won't play the remake, but part of me is amused if the shutton-of-side-content actually made it through to the remake.

I'll definitely come out of this quarantine a little richer. Sad thing is it'll only be in kilos.
