Trying to hard to get outta this slump. I thought focusing 100% on work would do the trick but it merely only served as a distraction on which its diminishing returns has finally caught up. My gouts been acting up in both my feet so I took the day off to just play wow and take it easy at the gym and I feel slightly better. Colors look a lil brighter and pictures of corgis on ig make me smile again. | ||

Can relate. Only thing that's helping me is more sleep and less work lol. Won't be having less work till Dec so it'll be mostly more sleep then. And trying to get out of the house and get some fresh air also helps me get strong again. | ||
