Friday night, I was at my friends house and his neighbor rear-ended my parked car. Dude called to me to tell me what happened. I collected his info and didn’t think a police report was necessary as he admitted at-fault. The next day I get an estimate and I forward it to the dude who hit my car. It’s now Sunday morning and still no response. I 100% know I got the right number because I double checked calling it when he gave it to me. What’s the next step? I have his insurance info. It’s All State. I’m using Geico. I wanted to give him a a chance to pay the costs up-front so his insurance rates wont go up. Now I think we might have to go through insurance if he still doesn’t respond to me. | ||

2) Give him a day, not much he can do on a Sunday. If he doesn't give any answer until Monday evening, send him another message if he wants to pay, or you're giving the info to your insurance on Friday. | ||
