Try Wand - Treads - Force/Mek for early to mid game survivability for OD. You can go Mekansm first just for the hp regen in lane, which helps a lot. Force first if you keep dying to ganks. After that Guinsoo, BKB, Agahnims (optional) or Shiva's (optional).

I absolutely despise Luna's voice, the tone is the same for every single answer, and why Irish? If you are going to try and do Irish at least get someone who can put on a good accent. For instance the Demoman in TF2 is meant to be Scottish, and I think that the voice actor did a pretty good job. But Luna, no, it just sounds horrible :'(

In addition to the previously mentioned Mek-based builds, there's a newer build for OD that is somewhat more appropriate if your team already has a Mek carrier. A large part of why OD got Mek was because he lacked a good HP regen source, and with Tranquils in the game, there's a smoother way to get that regen than Mek now.

Green Boots->Janggo->Force Staff->Sheep/BKB/etc.

Another item I like on OD is Pipe of Insight. I got inspired in this Dota 1 game where OD was picked after a doom pick and the OD rushed it, as it helps his effective HP a lot more than a Mek would (though for a higher cost). Also makes sense if another hero on your team can get a Mek.

I've only gotten it once in Dota 2 so far out of 8 OD games but in that game it really helped to turn the tide our way (they had a very heavy AOE based lineup with SK/Tide/SF and others).
