People will always make mistakes, sure, but "Very high" seems like a misnomer. And as a Canadian who lived through a fully irresponsible legal drinking age of 18, I can safely say that I got good and drunk many times before said legal drinking age and did not see nor experience this 37.5% - 500% increase in alcohol related hospital visits. | ||
