Either that or he'll just autoattack you like an asshole to keep stacks off you because he has a big armor advantage, more damage, and Brain Sap. Visage only has more magic resistance than an average hero if he gets left alone for a while. If the hero has skills that deal with Gravekeeper's, he's actually easier to combo than a normal hero.

Distribution stats aren't really availalble.
@yango i guess if you have 565 mana... but I think you don't even have to really. Visage's magic resist with level 1 cloak at max stacks is still below average so whatever XD

I was assuming you were going to get Bottle and/or Soul Ring, both of which you can pop appropriately to have full combo mana.

That is divided by region.
Regardless, the solo MMR of a player in Dota is a far less useful number than it would be in a game like BW/SC2 where its 1v1 and less hero counterpicking variables etc.
MMR isn't publically visible to anybody not your friend anyway so no sites can properly aggregate it.

Not really. Value, Gaben be praised, treats MMR as personal information and does not make it front facing or accessible. At max your friends can see your MMR, but not everyone. So there is no data I mine for these ranking websites.

That depends what your goal is, but playing Single draft can be a fun way to learn new heroes while leaving yourself a bit of choice in the matter.
All random is a bit too rough if you get a... difficult hero imo. All pick lets you practice your favourite heroes but often results in you losing to enemies abusing some hero or another that is hard to deal with at low levels. Random draft is kinda cool but the drafting aspect of it can be awkward as well. Least played is a decent AP substitute but you can't really practice your favourite heroes in that mode 
Stay far far away from CM/CD imo.
