Level 3 X has the exact maxrange, that if you follow up with boat on the same spot it will hit 100%. You can follow up with torrent to hit perfectly obviously. At level 2, you can hit torrent 100% if you cast it after X. Boats a bit trickier, however (usually just throw it for the damage reduction if you are in a teamfight and hope for the best). | ||
