It also makes the 5 people grow cocky and overconfident, if they actually play as a 5man team and are not too far behind its quite hard to win.

Does the leaver still get tower gold, roshan gold and so on?

SnY isn't particularly good on him, because you've already got the disable and whatnot. Manta, however, gives you illusions. Why are illusions good on Tiny? Because all of the Grow bonus damage is transferred to your illusions (it was originally based on a WC3 unit damage upgrade, and increases Tiny's base damage). Normally Strength carries like, say, Lifestealer get items that directly increase their damage, making Manta terrible on them. But for this reason, it's good on Tiny.
Plus, what is Tiny best at in the lategame? Pushing towers. What does Manta let you do? Whack towers without fear of getting out of position. It's a good siege item.
tl;dr manta legit yo

manta also dispels slows which is nice as tony

you can literally take towers with the illusions, its a fantastic way to break the high ground
on a side note - i reported two russians in a 4 russian+me game. actions have been taken. heheheheeh

They probably reported each other as well, russian style.

Every time the leaver has enough gold to divide evenly to other players (ie 4 gold) it is divided and given to other players. So yes, the leaver gets tower gold, and roshan gold, but it is almost instantly transferred to the other players on the team.

Anyone else finding themselves with a pretty big amount of available reports stacked up? I'm up to 20 now.

In Dota 1 I have seen plenty of instances in which 1 player (or in rare cases even two) leaves and the remaining players suddenly start steamrolling the game. It's the same reason pooling of money was removed from the game. Concentrated farm beats dispersed farm.

Reading/Listening to people's thoughts on TI4 invites seems like people are pretty set on that Empire would get one.
Now, I like Empire, but why exactly would they get an invite? They have good records playing online, but like no 'TI worthy' results. I mean they're not any more impressive than Sigma's for example. And TI invites have never appeared to be about how strong teams are by the date the invites go out, but by what you've actually achieved during the post TI season.

Manta on Tiny is a must in a 6 slotted hard carry. Agha,Bot,Daedlus,AC are core and you get Manta, Bfly, Satanic as your luxury items.
Manta is so cost effective and a must for Tiny. He is the best manta carrier out of all strength heroes and probably best manta hero in all dota. Why would you ever skip it ?

People are thinking "what EU teams don't suck monkey balls?" and its like "Fnatic/Alliance/Na'VI" then they need more so the next pure-EU team is Empire atm in terms of perceived skill.
C9/Dog are also really solid partially EU teams, although dog's short history makes it highly unlikely that they get an invite.
