No, LoL starts you off at the absolute lowest level of play regardless if you're pro or not and you have to level up to 30 before you play ranked. Ranked does start you off at "the middle", but most people who aren't good enough to be past the starting ELO just continue playing normal. A level up system in dota would be okay, but 30 levels is way too much. It literally takes 1-2 months of playing. | ||

it makes no sense to me. i just played a 1/11 cm and my bar went from 4 to 4 1/2, its not even like we won, my team fed an am and the game was over after 30min. | ||
