Pretty much everyone can get to ~420 MS because +10-15% MS boosts are all over the place (Yasha, Drums, Track, Empowering Haste, etc.). It's the later ranks of Sprint that actually pull you ahead of the pack. Of course, those later ranks might not be necessary if your team has some of these other effects to fill the gap for you, but it depends on the game. True true. I just think if you are opting for a blink, 522 MS is a little less necessary. Its just the feeling I get after trying it a few times. I'll play him the next time I'm against a LS and let you know. ![]()

SB bash is literally just free damage on charge and ulti, with upside. Slardar bash is an actual bash and requires luck. You max it out once you are attacking enough that the chance is relevant. One point for mise though is pretty good. gotta have one point for the RNGG dream

I was constantly telling people how good aba is at baby sitting before he came out and noone listen. The ability to cleanse most of the negative debuff, negating stun/slow is incredible. Yes but the problem i find when trying to do that is that im alwais too far and a second too late for everything, if im near an intelligent ennemy they wont engage and if i go away in shadow or to pull im alwais there a fraction of moment too late were i could have turn the whole battle the other way. Maybe i just need to pratice more with him, while writting this i find that alot of problems that i have with abandon, i experience the exact same with dazzle, honestly a 0.25 to 0.5 sec of less casting time with him and i would win 90% of my games with him. I dont feel like these changes would create overpowered heros, it would just make the heros more impactfull and people would have to play a bit better againts them. Sometimes my grave just wont cast, im spamming like a maniac but i cant get it off because im alwais interupted. Also the self cast weave/heal (were u double tap to cast on yourself) feels slightly faster then the i weave at a specific target.

As in, would that reset the chance (even though they don't trigger the CD)? PS is dota 2 PRD the correct chance? because I know that Dota 1 PRD is a lower % than it says on the tooltip.

PRD = Pseudo Random Distribution, a method of linearizing "random" chances like bashes so that a 25% chance occurs once every 4 attacks ON AVERAGE but also is less likely to occur multiple times in a row or have long droughts. Basically, instead of a 25% chance to bash every hit, I get a 7% chance the first hit, if I don't bash the second hit is 14% chance, etc. Once you hit it goes back to 7% for the next hit. It averages out to the same but less rage-inducing strings of hits or misses that "shouldn't" happen (they should but people get mad at them anyway and they feel less skill-based). Note: 7% increases prolly doesn't average to 25% but this is just an example.

Pseudo-random distribution, basically it was a way for Blizzard to make Chance on Hit skills to be less random and a bit more consistent so people wont get 15 bashes in a row and don't get shit for the nex 85 (theoretically ofcourse, but statistics sucks in general). Spells based off the wc3 Bash/Evasion/Crit/Damageblock abilities were a subject to these things however there are certain spells in Dota 1 that couldn't be done by normal means of custom spell editing so some passives were made through Jass and Triggers. These trigger/jass based spells didn't follow the PRD rules so they were much more random.

Skill gap and all. I kinda wish SB's bash was PRD though because 17% is so brutally unreliable.

Skill gap and all. I kinda wish SB's bash was PRD though because 17% is so brutally unreliable. Is it a BAD thing that you can plan for PRD? Seems to me like a good thing.
