Has this week's patch notes been released yet? It's Wednesday.
Thanks. I maxed both nukes first, didn't really notice if it was good or not... But I'll try silence first this time.

Maxing the silence ends up giving you more damage because both the duration and the damage amp % go up.

Yeah, basically the levels in silence make your ult and Q hurt, a LOT.

The way unintended consequences of various map features are used in gameplay is a HUGE feature of dota. As somebody else said, it is just like broodwar. "Magic Boxes" and "Drone Drills" and other such interesting mechanics were obviously not "intentional" but rather side-effects of other things that turn out to be fascinating and abuseable game mechanics that add a LOT to the gameplay. E: and stop lurkers, and walling techniques, etc. The list in BW is long and thats a huge part of why it was so cool: depth to explore. Dota has just as many quirks that make it amazing. I've written it as a beautiful foundation that lead the new dimensions and techniques to innovate gameplay and thus, strategy. I also used the Chen/Pudge Dendi clip to show that Dota 2 maintained this consistency of working to streamline bugs that was both balanced and consistent. Something like that That's probably an awkward clip to choose for that specificly since part of those plays consists of an unintentional bug and, according to Chinese casters, Na'Vi wasn't allowed to use it in the finals because of that. (The hook projectile doesn't match the visuals) ...a better example would be KotLs illuminate range that was bugged to be too long in Dota 2. It however suddenly made people pick the hero and Icefrog later changed it officially to the "bugged" range in 6.75.
or Dendi-Puppey Puck-Chen bottle refill trick there's no way it was an intended use of Illusory Orb

I'm thinking the beastmaster was never in danger, so by the time his hitbox crosses the hook path, the hook is passed him. But then razor's hitbox still looks outside the hook ... unless he walked back into it by being blocked by some trees.
Edit: though if you pick that exact spot, for some reason the hook seems to hit a little wider. Dunno, I've tested this before and it seems pudge hook isn't "big" enough graphically. It hits units outside it's graphic for some reason. They should really fix that it makes for some weird hooks.
Basically I thought selection circle = hitbox, but that isn't true?

but still can be considered a 'bug'/unintended usage just like creep stacking and pudge hook though

It's by no means a bug though kind of pointless to talk about "unintended" things that don't relate to bugs?

It was on the context of stuff in Dota that start as unintended usage that eventually become a norm for the article that he was writing :-/

I thought it was in the context of a bug that eventually became standard.Stuff like Lone druid armlet is a perfect example but it eventually got changed.

Well considering the best players in Korea currently are like in-house players from other regions I guess it makes sense. Although I would have never thought it would happen.
Go Blotz.

He said he's playing for either FXO or MVP in the sponsorship league, for minimum 8 months.

He doesn't know? Or has he gotten multiple offers?
Blitz isn't known as much of a troll, unlike 'every other Dota player', so I would assume it's real.
This tweet from GoDz is also interesting. Wonder if this is what he's referring to or something bigger.
