What does she do if the supports get enough levels to ignore radiance long enough to nuke down the entire team and she has wasted her money on a refresher rather than an item that would give her durability and attacking power? | ||

You talk as if Refresher only has its active. It gives int 40dmg and unlimited regen. ur farm rate goes thru the roof as soon as u get it, coz u can dagger between jungle camps everytime its off cd. noone can ignore radiance burn and desolates for 14 seconds. the 2nd haunt always hits stronger than the first too, bcoz ppl have used abilites already and people tend to scatter over longer fights. it also gives you 14 seconds time window were you can choose on who you jump pretty safely bcoz everyone at that point has every ability on cd and is pretty low hp and ure the only one who has full hp. | ||

Its still a terrible second item. You will be made of glass and RoH will do nothing for you until you get it. If the other team never ganks you, it will be great to farm. But I don't build things based on the other team being terrible and not finding me. | ||

Having 40 damage is moot since it does not propagate to illusions and your hero can't really go into a fight with the ~1000 hp you'd have with this build furthermore, it reduces the entire point of picking and playing as spectre and reduces her effectiveness outside of double-ult to nearly 0. While it's certainly not the worst build in the world you and your team would be better off playing either aghs refresher furion, zeus or silencer, all of whom deal more damage and give you significantly better laning phases | ||
