No, he pushes because of that healing ward essentially giving your team another Mekansm at that stage. Nobody is terrified of a crappy ultimate that does no damage because your +damage is probably only coming from Phase at that point, maybe Agi Band and of course from the Aghs. Not a whole lot, a Meka would essentially blunt a good part of that damage. So you have a glorified Lich ultimate where the other team actually wants to spread it.
Edit:
Not saying Aghs isn't viable, but it's nowhere as a big of a deal as people are making it out of to be. Pretty average item for the price point.

Jugg has an interesting place. He's difficult to gank, like luna, but has some awesome lane presence. He scales alright and healing ward is op for pushing.
Mid game-push centric teams definitely have a place for him, but right now they are too easy to stop. Doing so in a pub is a surefire way to make people go on tilt and throw the game though, as having 6 towers to 0 is usually when people give up.

You don't get aghs because it's great on yurnero, you get it for fun. It's far from the best item to build on him, either as a 6th item or first, but you don't care about that if you go aghs. It's all about the one shot solo kills.

wasn't jugg fairly popular for a little while a few months ago? and most games he'd get phase drums aghs? i seem to recall atleast 5-6 games with a few teams all going aghs fairly fast
|
you get aghs on him because it helps you do more damage, because basically all of Jugg's damage in a teamfight is from omni

healing ward with lone druid deathball pushes was very strong

What's the best IHL to start out with? 2000 hours played in Dota 2 and more in Wc3 so I am not awful at the same time I'm not great, full game knowledge though. I know of IXDL-O but I heard that has pretty much died off. Is the TLIH any good?

Watching merlini stream while he listens to Pachelbel's Canon in D is so soothing.

Bladefury needs to start destroying trees. I think it will help his case.

That's be crazy, spin though any forest anywhere. Although it would make his phrase "Mow you down!" and "Mown-ed!" more accurate i guess.

IXDL invite on the other hand is fairly decent in terms of skill (NA standards of skill), but everyone is a rager/dick. TLIH is really fun just to hang out with people in the TL dota 2 community, and the games can be fun, but it's not actually an IHL. Anyone can play and there are no rankings, so you really aren't going to become a pro from playing that.

Just looking for more serious competitive environment to be honest, a place I can play with people who want to play legit captains mode games.

The skill differential can be quite large at times, but they play CM and the drafts are usually somewhat competitive.

I dont know if tlih is the right place if your looking for a competitive environment. Dont get me wrong i love tlih but its not really a high skill inhouse by any stretch, and it sounds like thats what hes looking for.

For me game knowledge is about the strategy and I am pretty sure Puppey understands this game better than you...
So I guess we have different views on what game knowledge is?

Full game knowledge means I understand what every hero does and how they do it, general mechanics like ward spots/rune times/pull times etc, essentially just a full understand of all the basic mechanics. Game knowledge is a pretty subjective term so I wouldn't read to much into it.
