Well, if I look at one of the games from TI qualifier, its file size is 80MB for a 32 minute game, with picking phase, this would be around 38 Minute. And according to wolframalpha this requires a download speed of 35kB/s( http://www.wolframalpha.com/input/?i=80 MB over 38 minutes ) It could even be less, depends whether it will download all casters or only the currently active one. | ||

But as he said you don't have the audio for 3-5 different commentators so it should be around 20-30 meg. | ||

Incidentally remember that the speed that your provider provides is in kiloBITS per second not kiloBYTES. A kilobyte is about 8 times as large as a kilobit, thus 35 kB/s is about a 250 kbs connection. | ||
