For example, the old bug where PL's Lance was missing the attack speed debuff--apparently IF thought "cripples" was enough to specify that the skill slows both MS and AS.

lol i never realized because of the tooltip. Even the liquipedia one just says "movement slow"

I don't remember if they fixed it, I just know it was reported.
EDIT: Mid + Off-lane is actually quite good up to the point where people start playing trilanes consistently. Having game control from a 1v3 is obviously hard, but being able to win a 1v2 actually does a tremendous amount for you and your team (because you set two people on the enemy team behind)--and a large percentage of 1v2s are winnable simply because of how often people like to pick greedy carries that are weak in lane. For example if you pick something like Weaver, DS, or Broodmother into a shitty lane like AM+Omni or something, you can get solo lane farm for yourself and crush 2 of the enemy players out of the game.

In other news playing Naix (as radiant) and whenever I infest a radiant creep it gives me no health. Anyone else experiencing this bug?

It's not a bug. You've never gotten health from infesting an allied creep. I don't know why you thought you did before.

How to deal with abaddon..The guy essentially cannot be solo killed and his aphotic shield doesn't seem to have a cd in fights..
Abaddon is making pubs not fun again

Tranquil am can even solo ds, let alone with a support. The ds will definitely get big, but a decent am will get his farm (even if he misses some the first 2 minutes).

The AM typically has to get pooled (or random gold I guess) to have the regen to make it to Tranquils comfortably, and at the level where an AM can play with that level of proficiency, you're generally past the point where I mentioned that trilanes are common anyway.
Besides, you're intentionally choosing to dodge my specific point. I didn't mean to suggest DS vs AM+Omni specifically, only that Weaver, DS and Brood are laners that can win 1v2s, and AM+Omni is a weak duo that can be won by a strong 1v2 if chosen correctly (even if one of those particular 1v2 heroes mahy not be good at it). You're just arguing with me for the sake of arguing.

I'm actually more interested with how teams have adapted to 6.78 than the original point, and that centers around dark seer (starting out as second team first ban/first pick material), to teams realizing heroes like antimage can solo vs ds and clock and still be able to offensive trilane. I think that's very, very interesting.
But to help out, some additional 6.78 dominant solo offlaners, timbersaw, slark (although slark vs antimage specifically is a tossup). And ld.

It was fixed during the June 14th patch. I found that out the hard way infesting an allied creep, coming out with exactly the same hp and getting Impaled by Nyx immediately -.-

That would be a totally broken but awesome change to Rubick Aghanim
Rubick spellsteal with Aghs = opponent can't use the spell for a certain period of time ( doesn't necessarily need to be as long as spellsteal duration) or until Rubick dies.
