If you look in the store at the SC2 shirts, the horses don't have a corner on their mane where it changes direction and it just follows the shape of the neck. ES free enchant would be akin to Puck's free Phase Shift from a couple patches ago, it would let ES have a little more impact earlier, since the go-to skill build is usually 4-1-4 anyways. ES really has a lot of mana issues before Arcane Boots. Seeing as ES is generally played as support, and he won't be getting Arcane Boots anytime soon, a free Enchant Totem could really help out. | ||

Pretty much the summary is this: 1) buffed every hero that's not being remotely picked/banned in competitive play. 2) nerfed every hero that's being picked/banned often in competitive play. | ||
