He still has all of the issues of a hero with no AoE, burst damage, or hard disables, but he could have niche uses. | ||

Edit: @Above is right both are buff placers.So skill magi is stronker for boots oov build, oov is also more slow at level 1 than frostmourne. But frostmourne DOES give +15% MS to enemies that strike the enemy, so abaddon is prolly stronger overall if he gets in range to hit. | ||

http://www.playdota.com/heroes/lord-of-avernus - Frostmourne is a Buff Placer. Buff placer =/= orb effect, can't remember how it interacts with lifesteal. | ||

I think it's the only ability that stacks with buff placers (Skadi and OoV). | ||

edit- I think it was altered recently so lifesteal works with it. Anyways, skadi + lifesteal works on melee heroes as well now. | ||
