That seems rather bugged although 10 minutes isn't the cutoff to my knowledge. If it said the message but the loss is still there then it's bugged out. I think it still meant to appear in match history just doesn't record as loss, or that's how it's meant to happen.
As for SK. Just go armlet beast mode. Soul ring isn't needed unless you have zero mana boots on team and you against some kind of mana draining enemy. Having that burst mana regen is nice for a last minute stand. You could also go force staff but since force nerf I don't know how viable it is. Used to be a really nice alternate build for mana.

I think it means that it's safe to leave without getting an abadon, but you still get the loss if your team lost afterwards. Not sure if you get a loss even if they win, I have 0 abandons

If it says no stats are recorded it's not meant to give you a loss. If it just says it's safe to leave then yes you will still get loss but no abandon.

as Numy said, itll we show up in your game history as a loss/win but wont be recorded in your record. You can check it in dotabuff, i think it wont show up there

Not that I care that much for stats, but it's pretty weird.

Lucky you. I actually have 2 LESS wins and 1 MORE loss in Dota 2 client compared to dotabuff. It's messed up.
Anyone know why there is a discrepancy?

It's not a loss, it's a "Dire victory" but actually the game don't count for MM purposes. It's like making a solo game for the purpose of testing things, it will display as a "loss" but it won't be actually one. Check on Dotabuff to see which games are registered.

It does as a count as a loss for me in the Dota 2 client, in recent games, on dotabuff, everywhere. Maybe it just doesn't count for matchmaking purposes, and there's no way to check that.

It's ok. Generally you just want to get a ton of attack speed though. Your ult makes you very hard to kill and hit like a truck anyway. Should pretty much always get AC Mjollnir Abyssal and then the rest is situational. Boots is kind of personal preferance as well. I never know what to get after boots + midas. I never really liked midas on alch, he farms so fast anyway. Brown Boots + Power Stick -> maelstrom -> Phase -> AC -> bkb if needed -> Mjollnir -> Superbash -> Whatever That's kind of my pubbuild where the matches goes ok Brown boots -> Radience -> AC -> phase -> bkb if needed -> Mjollnir -> Superbash is the "I got free farm with alch woohoo build" You should only really join fights post AC. I dunno, not a great Alch player cause I find the hero boring but got quite high winrate with him. I hate radiance so much, I feel it is so worthless. Reactive remark, but I hate it.
I really like Battlefury as a farming item instead. Maelstrom fills a similiar role for quick aoe clearing for your passive but I find that if its a pub game then I really want the Ring of health before level 6 to stay in lane. Once you have that, instead of getting a useless Vanguard I like the rest of the buildup and stats that grabbing bfury gets you (not to mention with his lowered BAT from ult you cleave neuts like a mofo).

And this is assuming your team has zero pairs of Arcane Boots, you didn't have an additional 10+ wand charges, and didn't buy another intel item like Drums. Also, Soul Ring. Crit does nothing for you as it is both very unreliable and seeing as you have no items yet all you won't hit hard with it even if you crit. Stun is far more reliable(and ranged).

The thing is, even at the timing Erasme is talking about (Treads+Armlet midgame teamfight), where you have some damage, maxed Crit won't outperform maxed Hellfire Blast.
You basically need a crit per stun cast to be doing better damage-wise. That means you need 3 crits over the course of the fight, which, at 15% crit chance, requires ~20+ attacks on average. You simply don't get to stand and hit things 20 times in the course of a pre-BKB fight. You're going to get stunned, slowed and kited. 300 base MS with no +MS from anything other than Boots and no mobility skills/no BKB tends to not get very far in the way of chasing people and hitting them lots of times.
Basically the only way you'd expect higher damage from Crit is from selective memory for those few times where you crit 2-3 times in quick succession and went "OMGWTF DAMAGE", without considering your significantly lower damage in the fights where you got less than 3 crits.

I think it was also forgotten that Leo's stun deals 300 dmg, not just 200 at max level. 200 at hit, 100 the next 2 secs.

What do you guys like to build on juggernaut? Not that I play the hero but I've seen so many different builds for him I really have no idea what he should be achieving. Come to think of it I really don't even get juggernaut as a hero. What makes him worthwhile in comparison to other heroes? He's been used in competitive play but I have not an inkling of why one would choose him

His healing ward makes early pushing extremely effective.

He has both magic and invurnability(during Omnislash), this makes him very strong during teamfights early on. He can also tp away quite comfortably when caught(spin>tp). The ability to do a significant amount of damage in a few seconds while being literally invurnable allows him to destroy one if not two supports usually. The downside is that he doesn't do much damage outside of Omnislash and that spin doesn't scale well(in lategame you will do more damage auto attacking then with spin). He also does not scale well himself and can not spitpush well. I think I have seen YYF run him as a #2 position or even a #3 which was quite interesting to see. As a #1 position he is relativly quite weak and often you aim to end the game early with the Juggernaut as other carries surpass him.
The items you build on a (competitive juggernaut) often include Drums,Vlads(not always) and sometimes a Soul Ring. Drums and Vlads are two strong teamfighting items(and Vlads is a strong pushing item). Soul Ring can be gotten early if the mana is needed to use healing ward and spin more often. Manta and Aghanims are also quite common after Drums/Phase.
An interesting fact is that while spinning Juggernaut can attack magic imuune targets. This allows Juggernaut to be imuune to magic while destroying towers and other buildings.

Scary combo to lane against is KotL and Axe... Battle Hunger spam is nuts.

In regards Skeleton King builds, I recommend going stun into not picking him because he's straight up terrible.

Bro he's only terrible if you hate being a bro and going refresher Rapier
EDIT: About crits - because of the changes that were made to the RNG on several critical strike/probability-based abilities/items, the idea of getting crit for damage without a significant amount of attack speed or a guaranteed large number of attacks is quite fallible. While the chance of multiple consecutive attacks applying the crit modifier were independent previously, they are no longer that way. It is now nearly impossible to get >2 application in a row on pretty much any random chance ability or item.
So going for guaranteed damage, as long as it will outperform getting 1 crit in like 3-5 attacks (with taking the utility into account), is likely preferred on any hero. This is also why you don't go daedulus first! You'll always want at least treads or something like that to add a few more guaranteed attacks.
