It's ok. Generally you just want to get a ton of attack speed though. Your ult makes you very hard to kill and hit like a truck anyway.
Should pretty much always get AC Mjollnir Abyssal and then the rest is situational. Boots is kind of personal preferance as well.

Vanguard is always core on my DS - I get it as my first medium item after soul ring and before mana boots for the combined regen. I really can't think of anything better for him either early game when he needs the tankiness to throw down a wall + vac and then run away

I never really liked midas on alch, he farms so fast anyway.
Brown Boots + Power Stick -> maelstrom -> Phase -> AC -> bkb if needed -> Mjollnir -> Superbash -> Whatever
That's kind of my pubbuild where the matches goes ok
Brown boots -> Radience -> AC -> phase -> bkb if needed -> Mjollnir -> Superbash is the "I got free farm with alch woohoo build"
You should only really join fights post AC.
I dunno, not a great Alch player cause I find the hero boring but got quite high winrate with him.

1 point stun leoric is probably one of the worst builds in all of dota. And by builds I mean trying to use math or whatever to justify your build. You should almost always max stun.
People have this mentality way too much from chinese dota. They think every.single.carry benefits from tranquil, drums, and aquila regardless of the situation 100% of the time. I'm not saying you should be some maverick and try to be creative, cuz that's dumb too....but a good player has a middle ground for builds. Adjusting to the game is always highest priority over what is statistically the best or what seems creative.

Why is it one of the worst build in all dota ? You still get the 2sec stun + 2sec stun, ofc you don't get the lousy upgrade in damage, but do you need it?
Also tranq/aquila/drums are the best early/midgames items so if you use the maths, you should always build them..

Wait why would 1 point in stun be the worst builds in all of dota. That doesn't make sense. The build makes sense in some situations and doesn't in other. If you need the burst sure level it up but if you don't then there's other points you can spend.

It's been laggy as fuck whole day. Double the ping, packet loss, sometimes you find a game and sometimes you don't. I don't even know if its only West that has had the problems.

I wouldn't get vanguard on DS, Tranq gives him all the regen and tankiness he needs, a simple stout shield will suffice if neccesary.
