I'm not sure how I'd want to see the hero changed because IceFrog obviously has an idea for the role he wants Treant to fulfill. Overgrowth has its uses... Also it's not a "bad" Ravage. Overgrowth goes through magic immunity so when it comes to endgame fights, it can sometimes decide the outcome of a fight since enemies affected will be physically disabled for up to nearly 5 seconds. To say it's a "bad Ravage" is really silly.

That way it would be a decent mid-fight ultimate.

Why do people get BF on Magnus? I don't understand its purpose, but I can see how powerful it is.

To say it's a "bad Ravage" is really silly. http://www.dota2wiki.com/wiki/Treant_Protector - Disable works on currently magic immune units, however if a unit becomes magic immune while already affected by Overgrowth, they will break free. -Cant pop your BKB if you got hit by Tide Hunter Ravage. - Ravage does damage. Overgrowth? 0 damage. - The only thing Overgrowth is better than Ravage is the cooldown is twice as fast than Ravage. The problem with Treant is damage output. He has absolute no damage output ( a.k.a Burst damage ).
