Think of the biggest money-grubbing software company in the Western sphere. Tencent is that on steroids with little or no originality.

Valve aren't exactly known for maximizing profits.
And it's not like the game is 'unreleased' like a normal game is.

Just won my first non-leaver induced victory in very high mmr solo queue! Was the strangest comeback I've seen yet... seeing as how we basically went 2 people afk at the start lol. 72-52 record so far xD

So you've played 174 games so far and this is the first game you've not had a leaver? Are you in the LPQ or something?

Riot is owned by Tencent, the third biggest Chinese company, or something like that. Tencent is far bigger than Valve. Indeed tencent is bigger, but the question was Riot vs Valve. And i'd say solely based on steam, Valve would win against riot in terms of income. Steam is huge. I also don't see riot doing too well some years ahead, the way they handle LoL just make it appear like they aren't going long-term with it, but what do i know, we'll see. But that also comes with the fact that Valve has to oversee many, many games, and not just one. So really, can't really compare all too easily. But I'd still say Riot has more money to throw around considering how much revenue they get from their game and all of that goes into just League. Valve will probably never make as much money off their game as League does since they believe in giving everyone all the heroes and not having ridiculous side investments like runes/rune pages.

We all know that all valve has to do to pass Tencent is release the Bastion announcer.

So here I am waking up at 4:00 in the morning to play on EU servers. I came to the conclusion last night that at this hour Russians will surely sleep.
It's worst than usual. Just played in a game with 9 Russians. Where was I wrong? ;_;

PS: Since I promised to test it, spamming "VMESTE DAWAI" seems to do well in increasing my integration into all Russian games. ITS WORKING!!11
