They are absolutely keeping those 3. Universe is fairly a given at this point. Just that mysterious 5th member.

Man that means theres like 5 successful teams in dota2 ever? cant remember the wording exactly, but pajkatt said in an interview that after TI2 he just wanted to play in a team with a chance to win the international, and not just be in one of those teams that get 7-8th at best. So yes, after LGD.int's 9-12th place at TI3 I think one could say that it was a pretty much failed attempt

To be honest his drafting was just one dimensional and quite predictable and that's why they had disappointing result at TI3. He always drafted a split pushing line up and gave Fata some hero for a kill pick up and initiation. Leading into TI3, they had quite strong results winning both online and lan tournament here and there so I guess it made him a bit cocky. It's sad to see people bashing Black for not helping the team fight when the line up Synderen picked was always about split pushing and can't really 5v5. Avoiding the team fight and do more split pushing is the only way to win in such line up as we saw what Alliance did in the last TI3 game vs Navi. Somehow people just blamed it on Black only while I think it's not really just his fault alone. Syn with his draft, and Fata as good as he is, with his small pool of mid hero, they both shared the same amount to the losses as Black imo.

Not sure how Black fits into LGD.int roster. About Synderen, lost some respect for him when he said his team mouz could beat Navi just based on drafts alone in some LAN finals. That was a laughable and arrogant statement.

Liquid lineup is so god damn flexible. TC can play as #1 and #2. qojqva can play as #2 and #3 (has a great Lone Druid and Prophet, both very important heroes for the current metagame) Bulba can play #2 and #3. Fluff and wts can both play jungle or the #5 position. I'm really excited for the future of this team. Can't wait to see them playing. Better jump into the bandwagon now guys, this ride will be a good one for sure.

Personally I thought Ixmike and TC were actually the weak links of the old roster, not Korok but I guess time will tell how they shape up.

He's actually the only player to have made it through the qualifiers of both Ti2 and Ti3 but also is dead last for both events as well. I mean the western qualifiers weren't easy so he deserves some credit there. I think Synd is just keeping quiet as well about the whole thing. I like both Fata and synd but oh well. Personally I thought Ixmike and TC were actually the weak links of the old roster, not Korok but I guess time will tell how they shape up. He's not dead last. He's not MUFC. The issue with Korok was that he was way more aggressive than the rest of Liquid. He was far from a bad player, but I guess he didn't mesh with the team well. We'll have to see whether this less-aggressive Liquid is stronger.
