...what? It's nowhere near that value, there are a bunch of similar ones on AH/RMAH for hundreds of millions or few €. Judging just from int/armor/res I guess it's worth ~300mil, although 9%ias and near perfect cd makes it hard to estimate.

Thought you were joking when I first saw the image and only saw the damage. But yeah, not too surprised for a level 8 item with a socket. Low level gear is weird with pricing.

On HC some of the gear i find leveling up is worth more than the decent legendaries i find after lvl 60. Look at any weapon with a lower than level 15 requirement that has a socket. So bat shit insane it makes me think about farming Act1/2 normal.

Its the same in Softcore. My level60 don't sell at all. Then I just leveled a WD to 60 and I made at least 20M with some decent level-items.

130m is a damn good price considering you can get nat boots with 200 dex/60 cr/80 ar for the same price which gives you 7% cc and ~250 armor but no vit. I've not played monk but I suppose if you don't have a good nat ring but you have a good rare one, rare boots could work as well.

Yeah, but you can't get Nat's Boots with 250 Dex and another Resist, and you certainly can't get Nat's Boots with 250 Dex, 100 Vit and another Resist.

That chantos can give you several 100Ms if you are patient with selling it.
For 70M (on buyout) you get maybe 1080 dps or so with a socket, accepting any other stats. 1100 is over 100M. And this has 10 APOC (can be 9 or 10), 24 (goes from 21 to 25) +aps, and close to max int.

Look on AH for over 1100dps, and increase BO until you find one with +0.24 and +10APOC (or +0.25 and 9APOC). Then go up maybe 50% over that, and decrease your price like 5% or so every day. Refresh it as often as possible (even if at same price), as people tend to buy 1d11h more often, because they think it is a bargain. people are more scared to buy 23h item, even at same price. (why hasn't anyone bought it??)

I would give you an offer, but I thikn ill try to snipe one for cheap instead.
