Just search for Skull Grasp 6% CC/Dex, ignore wizard skill and compare stats. All I know is I found one with 3.5% CC/Str and it was worth nada, think 6% CC was at least a few 10 mils.

i'd say yes, that's way, way sicker than a storm crow and those don't have sockets. i bet that's worth a lot, but i don't know too much about wiz. congrats on the drop

Storm Crow is used solely for the LoH.

That said, it's still a good helm, biggest problem is that most people want the "non-rare" mods from things like Mempo or Storm Crow. Should still sell for several million.

Not that much. low vit, no crit/CHD. At least has some good avg dmg.

My guess would be a couple mil, but it should be pretty easy to find similar items on the AH to compare. Just search for natalya's reflection with vit and average damage and look for some similar ones.

One thing to consider for the future is selling your items unidentified in the trade channel. Unid, that ring goes for 24m. When you are just starting out it's better to get some sure gold in pocket rather than id'ing and rolling the dice.

As a side note, an average joe barb with 900 vit has something like 32k life before any life % bonus is added in. 40 vit + 12% life means an extra 1400+3840 = 5200+ hp. To get that from a vit only stat, you would need something like 140-150 vit. So for an average to low hp barb that is like having 150 vit on that pair of shoulders.
But things are even better if the barb has a bit more vit. Say 1200. Then its hp before life % is around 42k. Then 40 vit + 12 % life means 1400+5080 which is almost 6500 hp, or the equivalent of 180-190 vit.
In general, if your current vitality is CV, then 1% life gives you hp equivalent to a bit more than (1/100)*35*CV/35=CV/100 vitality points, assuming you don't have life% on other items (a bit more because i am ignoring the life pool you have prior to lvl 60).
