25% cd (or a bit above 100 int) is worth about 50dps for me, so try comparing to +100 dps and -50 cd. should be easier.

edit: Although I should mention that archon wizards usually want a black weapon with their triumvirate (and cm/ww wiz obv don't want this slow weapon), but maybe it's a good weapon for WD? Got the impression that they like to one-shot things.

I'm DH, and the stats I like on that belt is the high DEX, and 9% life (which isnt that much in terms of hit points)...

Even with the high DEX, Witching hour and Innas give ALOT more dps... and any rare with VIT/life %, AR etc gives alot more survivabilty. So what the hell makes it worth 20 mill?

EDIT: Just noticed its HC, so i guess the 100 vit bonus is good with Blackthornes pants, but 20 mill??

On SC I would value that belt to somewhere between 1 brimstone - 200k gold... Sure good HC items are more expensive on HC, but this item is shit in hc terms as it only offers some +armor and 9% life in terms of survivabilty.

Good blackthorne pieces go for a lot on HC. For example, the worst Blackthorne pants are 15 mil, while they're 100k on softcore.

In SC that belt is worth some millions. Don't know why it's so hard to understand that well rolled set items are expensive.

And although the belt by itself isn't great, for a 4piece blackthornes set it adds above average dps and hp (which isn't guaranteed on blackthornes belt) so it's considered a "good" item on HC.

Just bought a cm set in sc and hc, it cost 3m in sc and 90m hc for roughly the same gear.

I'm assuming you mean on EU so I can't help you there but on US it would be around a couple hundred USD.
