Ok so a Echo slightly better than mine and i mean like 1k dps above got sold for 150mil~ an hour ago. I'm waiting for another Echoing Fury slightly worse than mine to be sold. It's currently at 60mil with 7mins left so I think I'll have a good sense of pricing after this.
Edit: kk the one with 7 mins left got sold at 77mil. I think I'll start mine at 80mil. Wish me luck guys and thanks for the help!

Found one similar belt today with +35 poison res, +79 all res, + 196 dex and price was 130 euro so maybe it's good for monks cuz all res roll is max and I have +47 fire so my belt is better... but no idea cuz there's too little of these belts on AH. Like 3 on gold AH but no extra (fire/poison/arcane/lightning) res on em....

I doubt it'll sell for 130E.. You shouldn't estimate price on RMAH ^^

IK Chest is nearly worthless, won't sell on RMAH, try to sell for gold. Your EF is worth a ton, just lacks critdamage, but I guess its still a few hundret million... so try for 100+ €

Feel like it's being overestimated. 6% crit chance, low crit damage, and average ias would value at 30-40mil. The LoH is very nice, that stat included you'd be looking at 200-300mil. Dunno how high you'd value a main stat of 150, but if I was buying I'd rather go for 40% crit damage, and then look for avg damage before trying to improve my mainstat. I'd probably say 1.2-1.5bil is most likely. Goodluck!
