It's that there's no reason to pick up rare quivers anymore. Maybe that's just how the game goes; in the end we'll all be wearing double socket manticores/DML/mempos/etc. and have no reason to wear different gear from each other. I guess I'd prefer thinking that it's possible, at least more then a little, that a rare quiver could outroll a DML; the way rare rings/amulets can, so we can see different end game builds. Since they can I pick them up happily. It's the natural evolution when the legendaries got patched and drop rates increased. | ||
