  • If in doubt, start your price high (especially with items you think may be best in slot). If your auction does not sell after some hours, gradually reduce price until it does.
    This is easy if you set you bid & buyout the same, as it means that you can cancel your auctions and re-list as frequently as you like (you can now cancel auctions as long as no-one has bid on them).

I keep spamming the guide because I want people to learn how to use the auction house, not beg for advice here; the advice given out here is from people who are:
A) guessing
B) giving a rough approximation of a suitable price. But how do THEY know what an approximate price is? Why, they learned how to use the auction house, of course! Why not cut out the middle man?

He could probably get 300k - 1m for that I think - it's not a vendor item.

**You need to cut down the stats because you may, for example, have an item with:
100 strength
100 vitality

If you search for exactly that, you WON'T see an item that has:
250 strength
90 vitality
