I believe he got a new haircut. Looks like he ditched the beiber cut the GSL makeup artists gave him. I think his new hair suits him. A little more grown-up.
Wow White-Ra's English is getting better and better!!! Also, he's the nicest guy in eSports imo. I love his explanation of the ZvP dynamics. I think every Protoss player can identify with his statements on Roach/Speedling pushes and advancing on creep.
White-Ra, a thousand thumbs up for you, my friend!
Just watched White-Ra's interview, when a commercial banner popped up: "Learn english. Just 1 euro (translated from german). Hope this is coincidential. :D

I dunno. He said he doesn't care about winning foreigner tournaments anymore, as he's already created a name for him here, and the only reason he even compete is for the money. Now he's going to Korea and says he might as well not compete in GSL, he's there to learn and get much better against tip top level competition, as his main goal is to become the best. That's not = "I do it all for the money". Hell, if you do it for the money, you migth as well pick up a job at your local grocery store and you'll probably earn more overall, and it'll look better on your CV lmao. Naniwa's like the opposite of Catz who doesn't wanna have to face Koreans. Naniwa wanna hunt 'em down like a boss. I'm a total fanboy though, but that's how I understood it. Much love to my protoss hero.
Naniwa has the mindset of the winner- blames only himself, recognizes the hard work, as the only way towards the success (of course with talent, which he clearly has).
Updated with interviews with the Koreans + Ret.Check out the Julyzerg one if you can, he was one of the friendliest and funniest people I've ever met. Instantly likable.
The info about his 1st game being against Nazgul may be wrong though, July was insistent that it was true but when I asked Victor later that day he said there was no way.
Huk interview is text only with some good details on his individual game by game thoughts (guys at GameLux did a very nice video one here: and will be included the final Dreamhack writeup.
somuch respect for white-ra! knowing that his english isn't great he still actually makes the effort to push through the language barrier for the sake of having a proper interview rather than 5 word responses that come from some of the other esl players
If huk faced Bomber in the final, the score would be 0-3 to Bomber. Bomber is so strong against protoss (vs Hasuobs 2-0 vs oGsMC 2-1 vs Mana "3"-1) Huk was lucky actually because bomber's vs Zerg is his weakest (lol) and he lost to Moon.
I am quite sure Huk was like " Oh God thx so much!!! I can beat Moon and will win this shit!"
P.S Bomber is never arrogant. He is really nice. but the traslator sucks and never succeeded to translate. btw Bomber must have been tired. He should have played one game more vs Mana though he won actually and his style is macro-oriented.
Btw guys was there a rule for the tournament that you had to 'gl hf' at the start and 'gg' at the end? There is no way MC and IdrA would 'gl hf' voluntarily to eachother.

From the translators accent he is Swedish Korean, which means he is translating between his 2nd and 3rd languages. You should cut him some slack.
Did IdrA not want to be interviewed or something? Just isn't the same without IdrA's interview but enjoyed them never the less. TLO and HuK are funny :D
