I don't mean this in a mean way, but are any of these players (other than mOOn) actually good? I feel like I've never seen them win anything (even minor $50 tourneys) so it's confusing as to why they tried out for GSL

Well we've all heard of Spades and mOOn. Carn is pretty big in France and I believe was a wc3 progamer?

Torch was (to my knowledge) relatively unknown until he tried out for gsl1/2 and made round of 64 or 32, not sure which. Ever since then he got picked up by ST, so is undoubtedly very good.

Oak is kinda the odd one out
