Its not out of nowhere.. his name is Jinro. They assume he likes alcohol, so they are asking him questions related to his handle. Much like we know the koreans by their korean handle, they probably associate foreigners with their handle. It's like when the english commentators make yugioh squirtle jokes.

It went something like:
"How many bottles of soju can you drink?"
"..I have no idea, I dont drink alone

"

"Ok, hows your alcohol tolerance?"
"Okay, nothing special but not bad"

At which point someone goes "Sweden etcetcetc" which I took to mean he was saying "Hes swedish, of course hes a good drinker" and so I said "Nono other swedes are better".

IdrA looked like a badass without the glasses and with his Leather Gracket on.

And of course Jinro looked like a beast of an ape. Jinro I dunno if you were aware of it but there was a shot in the beginning of you picking crud out of your mouse, and Tasteless and Artosis shouted: "Silly Gorilla, that's not how a mouse works!"

jinro is the brand of some alcoholic beverage (?), so its only normal to ask him.
if he would have called himself LiquidVodka western ppl would understand easier.
