Everything else aside from artosis/tasteless commentary is fluff. What sets day9 apart from those 2 pro casters is that anyone can understand him. I like djwheat, husky, and others as far as entertainment value is concerned, but after watching pro starcraft for the past 10 years of my life, I find my understanding of the game infinitely deeper then anything they have to say, the only casters who challenge the way I approach starcraft strategically are day9 and artosis, that's it. EDIT: Oh ya, and grats Sean, you deserve it! | ||

He's dedicated so much time and effort to the game of Starcraft and, more importantly, to the community, and expected absolutely nothing in return (though I'm glad to say we've managed to return the favor in what little ways we can). I'm really happy that he's getting the recognition he deserves. Congrats, Sean. | ||

Thanks to Day9, I'm still terrible at Starcraft 2! I'm just a terrible diamond player instead of a terrible copper player before tuning in to his show! He has taught me that there is always more to learn and always room for improvement, and to just enjoy the game no matter the wins or losses. Thanks Day9! | ||
