Just yesterday the topic of Starcraft and Sean came up as I was driving down the highway with my girl. A girl that just so happens to despise gaming and sees absolutely no value in it lol ... So I'm like "Yeah, so this guy that I think is doing really awesome things lately ... he's ... umm ... well he's kind of a commentator in the gaming community for a game called Starcraft. I watch it more as a hardcore fan than I actually play it ... And he does this show called the Day 9 Daily. He analyzes the game - commentates on the sport - and helps people out around the world with mastering the game. I watch his show on a regular basis because he's really entertaining and positive all around, it's fun to watch and really inspirational in a lot of ways ..." I'm expecting her give some kind of a subtly snide attitude or comment. But: ".... hmmm Day 9 .... ya know, I think I've heard of him" lol man. Rock on Sean. Congratulation keep on doin your thing!

Are there any female gamers here in the LA area? Or does anyone know a girl who just loves to do the humpty-bump? I think you should go give Day[9] some snap as a reward. A one nighter or on a repeating basis. He deserves it for all the help he has given to SC2 gamers.

What a contribution to the community. Now I have trouble beating Gold level players because they probably watch his show.

He's doing so much for the community and the growth of eSports internationally, that he totally deserved it IMO. Congrats Sean, keep up the excellent work! ![]()
