Woah Teamliquid interviews from uNcontroLable! Will watch all thanks! She does interviews well.
Also LOL DJWHEAT!
Edit: Alright after watching them all... Anna does amazing interviews, so big thanks to her for doin that for us. As always, thanks to Josh for the recording. Huk is a little baller predicting Idra's loss and hittin on the interviewer. Congrats again FA for winning MLG Dallas! I chuckle when Nazgul pronounces beta. GL to TLO in Europe. GL to Tyler for all in non-Korean events. GL to Huk, Haypro, Jinro and Ret in Korea! The team interview all together (my favorite) was pretty fun to see, and I hope you guys do these at every event you're together at!
I'm going through these all right now, but I just had to post because I'm very, very impressed.
HuK's interview: Calling the upset on IdrA by Nazgul. What a baller.
The group interview: "HuK, you and TLO are against each other tomorrow, any comments on that?" TLO: "I'm going to win." TLO: "I'm not going to believe it's Halo." HuK: "He says he's going to 6-pool me." TLO: "Three times!" Interviewer: "Shouldn't it be two times?" TLO: "No, I'm going to do 2 pools in one game."
TLO is by far my favorite SC2 player. I didnt mind him as Terran but Zerg is a very interesting race and ive always liked the way he approached playing them.
In the group interview the players talk like a lot of them messed up the first map in that controversial round with Nony and Painuser, unless they remember wrong. Too bad MLG didn't just turn a blind eye there when the match had gone on for so long. Would've been less controversial. It seems like they try to make SC2 fit into their understanding of e-sports like halo and wow arena when SC2 tournaments like in korea are usually set up much differently. The guys calling the shots probably don't understand all that is lost when the other player gets a reveal on a crucial strategy for free.
On topic though, very good interviews all around. MLG should give uncontrolable some airtime for interviews. Chicks usually don't do so well showing that kind of enthusiasm for the games if they're forced into it. If it wasn't real it had me fooled.

The players are correct. Nony was not the only one who played on the wrong map that round:

Oh it's real. I love this game. I suck at it, but I'm good at talking - so talk about Starcraft I shall!
Overall, it's really not hard for me to get excited about gaming in general. I've loved it since my dad installed Captain Comic and Commander Keen on our homemade PC when I was still too little for the computer chair. <3

OMG I had completely forgotten about Capitain Comic. My sister and I used to sit behind my dad watching him play Keen, CC and Duke Nukem when I was like 2-3 years old.

Dude, I gotta play that game again... when I game I actually usually play under the name LotusKEEN in homage.
such good material. loved all the interviews, especially the mr. + mrs. tyler one. although i would've loved to see more q&a about the two, how she views the gaming thing and stuff.
and good job anna of course. incontrol and tyler are incredibly lucky to have such beautiful and supportive women.

I grew up on these games as well =) Command Keen so good; I remember making a comic about it and my brother tearing it up after we had an argument or whatever you call what 6-7 year olds do
JoshSuth: "PainUser's probably out getting drunk" Thanks for the comment buddy! I love how if you party at all as a gamer the general conception of you is a complete alcoholic. It all depends on who you are using as a measuring stick. And I don't prefer to be measured at all in the first place.

And then goes on and doesn't reach top 8 himself.
"You look like a fool with those BMs!"
Huk tried a little too hard in those TLO matches, "and your pylon dies". I think he was thrown off from playing against someone who's more of a fan favorite than he is. It seemed like he had trouble focusing in the game and his decisions suffered. I like to quote Last Samurai for this "too many mind". With that big move to Korea coming right after MLG tho, it's understandable that his head wasn't in the right place for this.

He might've only been saying that to help his teammate out on confidence. You were tearing through liquids afterall. Do feel like drinking led to your losses on day 3?

Well I was told PainUser was a super human drinker who would wake up and run in the morning despite being hungover, so Im not sure it was exactly comforting xD

Man, I hope you know no offense was meant. I enjoy when we get to drink together.
Group interview was so great... You know, we know alot about the players on the team individually, but not really alot on how they interact when they are together. They seem to have quite alot of fun together judging from those clips. Awesome to see
Thank you for that interview - Would love to see more groupbased interviews (I know it's not exactly easy to organize, but hey, now it's out there)
'Liquid till' I die! - I bought TWO Liquid-shirts, recieved only one but didn't whine about it... 'Liquid is too awesome for whining about shirts.
Nice interviews. I've only watched Jinro and Nazgul so far, but I like how fleshed out the are, and not rushed, since they aren't between games. Why isn't uNcontroLable on the PR staff?
Excellent interviews miss! ( pun intended ) And thanks for the heads up after Jinro's interview. Also, after asking TLO: "Any shoutouts or observations you'd like to make?", I was hoping he would check Anna out and give some random witty remark Anyway, Great interviews I hope to see more of this, also with other players. Also <3 Josh Ah cool I found more interviews on Josh's youtube channel AskJoshy
