He most definitely gets money from EG as well, it's not like EG is just a random bnet clan. I don't think he had a salary while on CJ Entus, and he didn't exactly win much through tournaments (from my memory he won a grand total of $7,500) so despite not having to pay for food and shelter I doubt he really has anything saved up. Also while EG does pay him I doubt it's much, most foreign pro's (for all games) have to rely on tournament winnings, that's not to mention idra's only been on EG for little over a month. IdrA's been able to travel around and stuff because his team's have been paying for it.

But I think we all disagree. Fruit Dealer played very well. I believe Idra respects Fruit Dealer because they both play macro heavy games. It's interesting to see Idra talk about all of Zerg's weaknesses and remain so confident. It's almost like he's saying that even with all the other races advantages, those players aren't good enough to beat him. Idra is really good... but his early game scares me the most. Zerg is ALWAYS on the defensive early on. Makes me so nervous. Good Luck Idra. I will be rooting for you. It's called being humble. If you watch any of the series in the last gsl and compare the 2 fruit dealer was playing better in each one. The fact that he states the biggest advantage zerg have in comparison to other races is that its harder and requires you to play much better than your opponent and that it has no real strengths is pretty retarded imo. He is a great player but he is taking this self loathing and martyrdom to far.
