The GPU is fine, so is the ram 2GB is enough, the CPU is a bit questionable the T4200 is 2GHz, but it only has 1MB L2 cache. http://ark.intel.com/Product.aspx?id=37251 Here is a list of 25 CPU's tested in DoW2 for some comparison. http://www.pcgameshardware.com/aid,677599/Dawn-of-War-II-Benchmark-review-with-25-CPUs/Reviews/ The Pentium DC E 2160 is very similar to the t4200, and really struggles with DoW2. With the extra 200 MHz the t4200 will perform better, but the 1 MB cache really hurts in games. I think this laptop will surpass the minimum specs, but the CPU won't quite reach the recommended. Single player and most 1v1 games will probably be fine, but large battles and UMS games may send frame rates tanking. Apparently, I can upgrade my CPU to a P/T series with more cache (3/6MB L2 Cache) in the future (if I have the money) if SC2 doesn't run well. Worth it then? (This is by looking at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Intel_Core_2_microprocessors#Dual-Core_Notebook_processors), the socket in my laptop will be a Socket P.

Yea that would solve any potential problems, I'd go for it then. Its considerably cheaper than the rest of the notebooks. There is still no guarantee what SC2 will perform like, you may end up being fine with the t4200, and save yourself a few hundred bones.

Pentium Dual Core 2.5GHz 2x2GB DDR2 Integrated Graphics Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 31000 Am I okay or should I look at getting an actual graphics card? I think you'll need to upgrade your gpu.coz i'm not sure you'll be able to run sc2 on integrated graphics.if you need decent frame rates then i suggest you'll need at least a 8800 gt.

If you aren't a gamer, and don't feel like building your own, then get a $500 prebuilt at your local store or something.
