To add on to my other post, about other foreigners being more deserving.. well if Idra was more mannered, and seemed to take constructive critizism better, and just overall not be a jerk, Im sure he wouldnt have people calling him out on his misques and unbelievable luck to be selected to goto korea in the first place.. Look at Nony, hes really mannered (esp since he went to Korea), Even if someone flat out says he sucks, he is just like Ok thats nice, where as Idra will get in a huge flamewar which as we all know, proves nothing online.
The only things ive heard/read about Idra since coming back to SC in july, is usually just from posts on this forum, and it seems every post Idra makes, is arguing with someone. That isnt a great way to represent foreigners in Korea. Once he realizes it doesnt matter what people say, because theres always going to be haters, even boxer in his prime had haters, You just have to ignore them and not let it bother you, because a reply, regardless if you are right or wrong, will just make the issue worse.

Ye and also the tournament didn't specify if the winner was to be allowed to actually join the team, the management and coaches saw IdrA to be fitting and took him as a full time player until of course he was taken transfered to CJ Entus.
I don't see where the luck part comes in, at all.

Unbelievable luck? He won the tourney fair and square, and the estro coaches also chose to pick him when they had the option to take anyone in the tourney. If it was luck it's just because he competed against only North-Americans(?), which made it easier for him. He was anyhow one of the best foreigners that were willing to go, and he won the tourney. The fact that he flames or responds to flames at almost every opportunity doesn't make him undeserving of his place in korea.

And as one of the few foreign representatives in the korean BW scene, he should be fully supported by us, not flamed by random mediocre players like the one's attacking him in here.

I never said he didn't deserve to go to korea since obviously the coatches picked him.
He deserves it, since he's motivated enough.
However he doesn't automatically deserve people's support if he behaves badly.
I supported him alot before I knew about his attitude.

No, he doesn't.
The fact that he got there is something that we should be proud of him for, yes. We should want more foreigners to represent the foreigners in Korea, but if he's just a BM prick, that doesnt represent us very well, does it? Blindly supporting him is just as wrong as blindly hating him.
I'm not a die-hard IdrA hater, I just really don't support his attitude. I hope someday he can change, and then I will most definately throw my support towards him.

EDIT: I checked it real quickly, and it doesnt seem to be savior at all. Savior constantly sets hotkeys 1-4 at the beginning of each game, and his hatchery is usually on 3. In these 2 reps , the zerg player does hatchery on 5, and later a drone on 6. Im not sure who it could be.

Wait, how was that a "bad" or embarrasing game for Idra in any way? Also I don't think OctZerg outsmarted him in any way, after the bunk rush he had ~16 lings so obviously he attacked. Since he did damage and got himself an opening he continued to press S Z. I don't think many cognitive processes went on there, really. Idra could've won that game though, had he gotten some gollies out earlier, since OctZerg was 1 base muta which really isn't all that strong. Oh well. It's pretty sad though to see people cling to every mistake a person in the spotlight does. It really tells more about them than about the person in question.
ps as to what ret said, he didn't "go mass ling vs 2 fact" it wasn't a planned strategy or anything, it just kind of happened that lings were popping everywhere and that they wound up in Idra's base.
