this rep with the second one in sadist's pack, both 22 minute pvts with very similar hotkey patterns. the only difference i saw was the guy in sadist's pack started spamming some earlier than the one in the game vs leta, but i assumed that's only because he started spamming more in the last year.

the difference from what i can see is that the guy sadist played doesnt hotkey his gate to 2, something spear does in all the reps i could find of him. But the fact that he said he was spear and that every other hotkey is exactly the same makes me think that it is him. It seems possible to me that he simply stopped hotkeying his gate to 2 because if you look at his reps he always rehotkeyed it to 5 anyways, kind of a pointless thing to do his coaches may have made him stop

Too bad 1wlao is playing toss in that replay, so there's no chance of actually proving that savior uses it, other than the 2 coincidental games vs popeyes that he talked about. Perhaps the toss is someone from CJ though, so hopefully some good comes from it

You underestime the poweres of roMAD. He has correctly identified Luxury (I believe) offracing as Protoss by looking at his hotkey signature, as well as one or two other pros offracing if my memory serves me correctly.

so out of curiosity, if the top foreign gamers decided to play A LOT this season, how well could they do? like what letter rating would they be able to get? is A+ even possible for any of the top foreigners?

I would guess A or A- max, getting higher would mean winning a majority of games vs progamers. I dont think any foregner could do that.

If they played A LOT they could get a decent amount of As. However the reason for this is that the more people play below A rank the worse those ranks become. ICC is inflationary, if you got a lot of D rank players together and made them play A LOT most would get B without improving in skill. However I guess you just mean if they massgamed. White-ra is a good example of what would happen then.

u can say the top 100 in iccup guranteed are pro. In korea so many have a pro license and there are like 500 have not drafted into the teams. A+ and A most likely progamers. Top foreigners max A-

Are you blind? Spear rehotkeys his gateways starting from 4 up to 0 as the guy in the replay vs Sadist starts hotkeying gates from 5 to 0. This is a HUGE difference apart from gates on 2 and 3.
1wlao is NOT sAviOr in that replay as i have some replays of him being protoss and the hotkeys don't match at all.
