Tottenham spent lots of money on players that on paper are good and they're also young, the chemistry is all wrong. I think that they can perform well again but they need the players to develop more as it's a largely young team, maybe they're following rivals Arsenal with developing young stars but it'll take at least a season or two before any progress

+ Show Spoiler [Juande Ramos sacked] + http://www.skysports.com/story/0,19528,11095_4393440,00.html Tottenham have confirmed that manager Juande Ramos has left the club. Spurs have acted to axe the Spanish coach after their worst start to a league campaign in their history. They have also confirmed that sporting director Damien Comolli and Ramos's number two Gus Poyet have left the club. The announcement has now come less than 24 hours before their Premier League clash with Bolton, and they confirmed that Clive Allen and Alex Inglethorpe would be in charge for the clash. The club statement read: "The club can announce that Damien Comolli, sporting Ddirector, Juande Ramos, head coach and first team coaches, Marcos Alvarez and Gus Poyet, have left the club, with immediate effect. We wish them well. "Clive Allen, development squad coach, and Alex Inglethorpe, youth team Manager, will take charge for Sunday's League match against Bolton. "An announcement will be made on First Team coaching staff in due course." Ramos joined Spurs just two-days short of a year. + Show Spoiler [Harry Redknapp confirms Spurs job] + http://www.skysports.com/story/0,19528,11661_4393516,00.html Shortly after confirming the departure of manager Juande Ramos, sporting director Damien Comolli and assistant boss Gus Poyet - Spurs confirmed they had made a move for Redknapp. Portsmouth quickly agreed to Spurs' offer of £5million for their manager and now Redknapp is on his way to North London. More to follow... I'm surprised it happened today. I thought he'd get a result against Bolton and then lose to Arsenal. He'd then swiftly get the sack. Spurs have some tough games coming up and I think there's no chance that they'll get many points with a new man at the helm. I'm honestly surprised Ramos had struggled so much especially when I remember how well he did late last year. Now, it looked as if he didn't know what his best team was and he played players in roles that would never work--and they didn't--and he didn't make the correct adjustments in games, ever. I always thought sacking Jol was a mental move and it's been proven right. I mean, sacking a coach that took a club to 5th in consecutive years is a bad coach? Christ. He's now a point away from top of the German Bundesliga with a game at hand while Spurs are one of the joint football circus clubs in the prem.(the other being Newcastle, obviously) I'm baffled as to why Redknapp would take the helm at White Hart Lane. Sure, he'll get a bigger pay check but... oh, right... money. He was on Radio 5 saying how it was a difficult decision and all but how quickly did all of this just transpire? It looks like it took him, what, 30 minutes? Oh, well. Let's wait and see how he does at WHL. I'm also curious what team will snap up Juande. He'll most definitely get a job abroad now and end up doing well, just as Martin Jol has, leaving Spurs looking, again, like a bunch of fools.

I don't like Harry anyway, he probably never find it hard to leave portsmouth considering he actually went from portsmouth -> southampton -> portsmouth, just to prove he is a massive dickhead once again by claiming spurs is a bigger club to earn more money
