10.7.05 is when the Battle.net site update was made, they also had some kind of a teaser back then. There are splash screens with the same date for every other game, just change splash_diablo.jpg to splash_terran.jpg, splash_undead.jpg and so on.
That no wai pic is rather old too.

Using the image numbers as sperate digits, and applying them to their corresponding css class names to get the letters, using 0 as the first letter in each word you can get 2 letters per day.
Tundra - 04: T, R
Glacier - 15: L, E
Icy - 23: Y, I
Cold - 16: O, L
Knowing that there will be 4 more letters, you can create TYR_EL I_ LO__
With the The Valenzetti Equation from Lost being 4, 8, 15, 16, 23, 42 which so far fits the numbers we have, the final result can probably be guessed to be
TYRAEL IS LOST
So then, 08 will be Artic, giving us, A from 0, and T from 8. Leaving us with 42 something like _ _ S _ S??

I think the tyrael is lost code is a little far-fetched too...although i can't really remember how difficult it was when sc2 came out.

I don't buy the reference to warcraft 3 from the fourth picture, and not the tyrael is lost theory either :p
Can anyone find a picture of the lost viking symbol that looks like the fourth icon? Several mention it but I can't find the source (picture that is).

I dont know... I dont think the new symbol has anything to do with the Arcane Sanctum. Im sure they could have come up with a much better icon for WC3 than that...
I looked for the Lost Viking symbol but had no luck.

I looked at the image again and it seems like the smoke kind of looks like it could be in the shape of a head... with two long horns. Ignore my horrible tracing skill. Also, there kind of looks like a darkened area well below the eyes and it could be a mouth with smoke billowing out or it kind of looks like a hydralisk jaw to me.

i honestly fail to see how the arcane sanctum is 'too close to not be'... All the others are dead on the runes, surely they could've used some tribe from wc3's symbol, or one of the race symbols even.

Alright, now that I look at it again I can see where youre getting that idea from... but it still doesnt seem right to me. Why would they pick a Protoss tribe symbol, a well-known (I think?) rune from Diablo, and then a random human building from WC3? Wouldnt it be something more representative of WC3?

About the lost numbers:

Idk guys they already touched the warcraft lore withthe froustmourne, thats where it first appeared anyways (in wc3's storyline not WoW's) + it has no circle near to it like the rest of the symbols so dunno.
Looking at that WWI logo, I find it intriguing that out of all the bad guy diablo is centered and the biggest of them overshadowing arthas and kerrigan. I'm 90% sure it would be D3, the small doubts I have are due to that furry purple penguin.

Why would blizz made a banner with a 8 year old character between 2 new faces?
Look at Diablo's hand. Its a fireball, but his hand covers a part of it. The rest shows number '3' see?
