I assume that's sarcasm considering that conclusion has already been reached pages ago. The one on the left still looks too much like the Frostmourne rune for the verdict to be out completely. I'd say it's still most likely D3. Like, 80% in favor of it.
The left rune _could_ be frostmourne, but the right rune is DEFINITELY Hel. And considering the left rune could easily be Shael, I'd say this is highly in favor of D3.

I think I see Diablo's head on the top right, Baal's head on the top, and Mephisto on the bottom left.
This theme is also concurrent with where Diablo 2 left off, on the icy Arreat Summit, where Tyrael is said to have been entrapped by the Worldstone.
And yes, I agree that those are Diablo runes.

Nah, I think many have interpreted it wrong. If you look at animated gifs transitioning from the left-most rune to Frostmourne, it clearly is the WoTLK rune. And that's definitely a Hel rune. So I think this image is highlighting the games that will be showcased at the World Wide Invitiational (Wrath of the Lich King, Diablo 3, and Starcraft II).
So we should expect a Starcraft II insignia tomorrow in the bottom methinks. Maybe the Dominion Logo or Raynor's outfit's personal logo.
