Hypothetically speaking, a computer camp with profeesional game players is an idea I have never heard of. Hypothetically speaking, if a camp did exist, it could help give back to an existing community as well as generate new interest. I think it is obvious that a camp on a large scale could not work for only Brood War, but think about one that feature BW, CS, WC, etc, with training by the best in the game. It is a viable veture in the right set of paramaters. If you think 750 is a lot of money, it is simply because you yourself have not made very much money yet in your life. That is fine, that will obviously change. As for WDT, I never mentioned it, but it did contribute to the community. Not all contributions are positive. | ||

If 8 players should sign up they will do it, if no one signs up, they call it a joke. And btw: 750$ is a lot of money, at least for people who would like to go there, some kiddies maybe. And i just don't like the idea to pay people for playing them or be tought by them. Cuz I think it's part of the game to learn it by your own playing. For most of us there are shitloads of better players than ourselves who are manner enough to talk to you after the game and tell you about your mistakes. One week of pure BW LAN Action would be really cool, for a lower price of course without 2 gosus but with about 20 players of similar skill level. | ||
