Will try to keep the top post updated as we learn more, but there are already 200+ comments about the tourney on Afreeca: - Prize pool rumored to be ₩6,000,000 (~$5,400) - Movie was originally part of the field, but replaced by Mini - Originally, only 15 players were announced, with Mini and Last just added, resulting in much speculation about the 16th - Many responses asking about Snow (military), sAviOr, Hwasin, Kwanro, PianO, etc.
Really impressive field -- 9 out of the current top 10 on the Elo!
Terror's strong relationships with progamers, seeing how often he, Bisu, Larva, Britney and others co-cast together, and, presumably, hang out together offline, were probably instrumental in getting them to participate in this tournament Maybe Sonic/Kim Carrier need to start rebuilding that bridge with Terror to ensure the best possible field at SSL 11...

I don't follow the BW scene all that closely, but I know sAviOr was at the forefront of the match fixing scandal in 2010 and he was incredibly disliked after. Has enough time passed that the Korean scene has forgiven him in a way?

Why do they ask about SaviOr ?

well terror and savior get along with each other pretty well these days
YT link
On a serious note, Terror did not invite Savior probably because many of the afreeca streamers would not want to participate in the tourney then (to avoid having their reputation stained playing with him), making the tourney less starstudded. And given his current playing standard its not like savior could go very far anyway.
the koreans seem more tolerant of Hwasin though, but i guess Hwasin does not feel up to the task or there are way too many Terran players already.

It's crazy how stacked this tournament is. BW passion is truly some of the strongest. Both in players and community.

Damn that'd be great to see if saviOr is still a decent player
