Kingston is absolutely gorgeous though. When I went to Canada I really enjoyed going to Alberta and a few places in there Alberta's also really great. Toronto's really nice if you have family there, and it is pretty much our only real metropolitan city. But on the other hand, if you like nature, going out West or out far East are really nice.
To be honest, Montreal is more metropolitan than Toronto. Comes with being an older city. But since the people in this thread have an irrational fear of Quebec, I probably shouldn't mention it.
