With IEM Katowice World championships just around the corner, there will be 3 Regional Qualifiers held to send 3 players on an all expense paid trip to the Championships to compete for the $100,000 grand prize! This qualifier will send One from the Americas regional server to the event.
Premium Qualifier Cup
Restrictions
- You must have an active NESL Premium membership. More information here ($5.95 for cheapest 30 day option)
- There is no Region Requirement! You can live anywhere in the world and participate!
- All games are played on Americas Stacraft 2 server regardless of location!
- Winner recives a spot in IEM Katowice!
- You must be at least 16 years of age by March 13th 2014 ( the date of the LAN event)
- Hotel and flight cost are paid for in full by ESL.

Best of 3 in All Rounds!
In a Best of 1, Best of 3 and Best of 5 a map veto (removal and pick) system is used. The high seeded player(seeds can be found at round 1 on the grid page) decides who starts. Players take it in turn removing maps until only one remains in a best of 1 or until only 3 maps remain in a best of 3. Then each player picks a map. Maps are played in order they are picked. The remaining map is played last.
