Petraeus ended up 3rd place in his Challenger League group back in 2013 season 3. Under the old system that would have meant Challenger status, but with the change to the new system 3rd places in groups also got knocked out.

He is Korean however he is living in Australia under a student VISA and therefore under the rules is allowed to compete.
