I predicted a lot of bad stuff to happen under president Trump but antagonizing Australia wasn't one of them. Amazing.
This must be the 4D-chess. But why does it feel more like losing tic-tac-toe as the starting player.

Man this threatening to send US troops to Mexico is one of the most ridiculous things I've heard... is this man completely immune to reason -_-
Edit: Will wait to see what information comes about this whole thing... media jumping the gun quite fast it seems.

What exactly is he threatening with that move? He's going to send troops to make sure the wall gets built properly? To make sure Mexico reimburses the United States for it? To make sure no "bad hombres" run across the border in the mean time? What kind of power play is he seeking, by threatening to mobilize troops into Mexico?

Fascists at UC Berkeley mobbing Trump supporters and beating them with fists and feet and flagpoles, setting fires, destroying property, shooting fireworks at police, pepper spraying people generally being fascists, because Milo was going to have a speech there tonight. Which was canceled of course as there weren't enough police on the scene to protect the building the speech was supposed to take place in.
There's zero difference between these "protesters" and SA stormtroopers starting riots at opposing political rallies in 1920s Germany.
But remember, it's Trump and his supporters who are the fascists. The next time hundreds of Trump supporters start rioting and beating Trump opponents will be the first. Trump opponents have done it at least a half-dozen times.
It's only a matter of time before someone gets killed by these fascist "protesters."

I legit hope Trump just goes full LBJ and swings his massive dick at everyone literally and figuratively

Yeah Calderon tried that and Mexico became a bloodbath and at times more people died per week in Mexico than Iraq. Add to the fact the Cartels have some of the most modern weapons that ISIS could only dream of getting as they are supplied by US gangs etc.

It's only a matter of time before someone gets killed by these fascist "protesters." I don't endorse riots and physical violence.
That being said: what do you think the word "fascist" means?

It's only a matter of time before someone gets killed by these fascist "protesters." These days you can get away with whatever behavior you want, as long as you point enough fingers at other people to distract them. People have successfully turned reason and goodwill into a game, where he who strikes first wins.
Because winning is all that matters.

lol embellishing much
and do you know what fascism is?
Instead of grandstanding about being victimized by the small number of anti-discriminatory protests that have gone violent, how about stop giving those people a platform to advocate for discriminatory actions. That's why the protests occur in the first place.
Just because some people are dicks doesn't invalidate their ideas and especially doesn't validate the victims'.

It's only a matter of time before someone gets killed by these fascist "protesters." I'm particularly amused by the fact that the protestors refer to themselves as "anti-fascists." But yeah, this is why I say that the regressive left needs to be wiped out. If nothing else, the sheer hypocrisy is intolerable.

It's only a matter of time before someone gets killed by these fascist "protesters." hopefully the violent mob gets arrested and charged for their actions. most people overuse and misuse the word fascist, because they don't have a good understanding of it. trump is authoritarian, and a number of other bad things, but he's not really fascist.
fine to hate the idiots, but remember all sides do have violent idiots. and there are actions by them from all sides. there's a lot of decent people with entirely valid objections, or at least a fair number.
it's tricky how to deal with violent mobs, much as I like the concept of arresting them all, a great deal of research into best practices finds that sometimes a more soft touch produces the best outcomes.

Berkeley can never let someone else have the biggest protest.

Ending the drug war would be the single biggest blow to cartels that could ever happen but that's never even being brought up as a solution. Invade a country if you want to incite more worldwide disdain though, seems brilliant.

of course to use such a plan you really need to subscribe to a consequentialist theory of ethics, and many people have a much more deontological approach.

America sure would get cranky without it's cocaine though. Good luck managing a US without cocaine and a reinvigorated war on drugs like cannabis.
