That email does not show collusion at all. All of that is public information. FOIA requests are public. Who is testifying before congress is public.

According to a current New York Times article*, the FBI didn't find any meaningful link between Trump and Russia and concluded that the objective for releasing hacked emails was likely to disrupt the election in general, rather than to support Trump specifically.
