Most sexual harassment/assault cases are vague and don't have enough evidence. We literally have him saying that he did it, does it often, and enjoys it. We have multiple recordings of him saying it over a period of time. The first accusation he defined as locker room talk--but the Howard Stern interview was a live broadcast. Apparently, to him, walking in on naked women is just a perk of the job while grabbing women by the pussy is private.
