Shia Iraq - airstrikes to help them take Mosul
ISIS in Syria - full kinetic conflict in the east, stay out of the west
Turkey - promise to help them ... but watch them ... they aren't necessarily the good idea guys anymore
Syrian Rebels - stop helping them
Assad Syria - can't bomb them, sorry, Russia on top of them
